Buying without the dealership · Broker Black education

A real payment quote, no credit pull.

You can get a real car payment quote without a credit check by pricing from your credit range instead of your credit report: lenders price loans in tiers by score, so a payment built from the right tier and the exact taxes and fees for your ZIP code lands close to the approval. Broker Black does this on every car: pick your range (760+, 720+, 680+, or 620+), and each listing shows a finance payment and a lease payment with no social security number, no soft pull, and no hard pull until you apply with the dealer.

Why the payment can be accurate without your report.

Auto lenders use rate matrices: a grid of credit tiers by loan term, updated as the federal discount rate moves. Two applicants in the same tier with the same term get the same rate at the same lender. Your report decides which tier you land in; it does not change the grid.

So a quote built from the tier you self-report, the term you choose, and the exact taxes and fees for where you register is the same math the finance office runs. What it cannot know is whether the lender places you in the tier you expect. That is why the final rate is always the lender's.

How to make the quote match the approval.

Quick answers.

Is a no-credit-check payment quote an offer of credit?

No. It is an estimate built from your credit range and the exact taxes and fees for your ZIP code. The lender sets the final rate and terms when you apply. Not all buyers will qualify for every rate shown.

Why do three of the credit ranges show the same lease payment?

Factory lease programs often publish one money factor for the top tiers and a higher one for the lower tiers. When the page shows the same lease payment for 680 and above, that is the program, and the fine print says so.

Will Broker Black run my credit?

No. Broker Black never pulls credit. When you commit to a deal, you complete an encrypted credit application that goes to the selling dealer, and the dealer submits it to lenders.
