Questions.

What is the cheapest new Subaru?

The Impreza starts around $25K and is the least expensive AWD vehicle in America. The Crosstrek is the cheapest SUV at around $27K. On Broker Black every listing shows the real monthly payment with your local taxes and fees included.

Is the Subaru Legacy still sold?

No. Subaru ended Legacy production in 2025 after 36 years, so only used and leftover examples remain. The WRX is now Subaru's only sedan, and the new 2026 Outback covers the roomy-family-hauler role the Legacy used to fill.

Do all Subarus have AWD?

Every Subaru except the rear-wheel-drive BRZ sports coupe comes standard with symmetrical all-wheel drive, and the electric Solterra is dual-motor AWD standard too. Nobody else in the mainstream market does that.

Which Subarus are hybrids?

The Forester and Crosstrek both added strong hybrids for 2026, delivering up to 35 and 36 mpg with full-time AWD, and the Solterra is fully electric with up to roughly 285 miles of range. Broker Black lets you compare hybrid and gas versions by actual monthly payment.

What is the difference between the Forester and the Outback?

The Forester is the compact: taller, boxier, easier to park, and the better value. The all-new 2026 Outback is bigger, quieter, and offers the 260 hp turbo with 3,500 lb towing. If you road-trip or tow, go Outback; if you commute and haul kids, the Forester does it for thousands less.
